What is Sandpaper Tongue?
Sandpaper Tongue is a creative writing blog run by Krystal Nicol. Alongside novel excerpts, it will feature pieces of flash fiction, short stories, poetry, creative non-fiction, and blog posts.

Krystal Nicol enjoys life when her nose is in a book. She is an undergraduate student studying Creative and Professional Writing at Queensland University of Technology and loves (almost) every minute of it. Her notebooks are vandalised with poems, quotes, and snippets of her upcoming manuscripts. Krystal has published numerous works of flash fiction with Germ Magazine. She lives with her family and beloved Lhasa Apso, Dino, in Brisbane.
